We're a team that celebrates exceptional coffee, really good food and mates to share it all with. Our all-day menu focuses on classics elevated with fresh produce, house-made elements, and some native Australian ingredients, plus a little nostalgia thrown in the mix. Our coffee is our very own, roasted in partnership with the crew over at Made of Many in Stanmore.
Coffee
We proudly serve our milk coffees on the Da Vila (The Village) by Solace, our own coffee roasted in partnership with Made of Many in Stanmore. As well as drinking this coffee at Little West, we have retail bags that you can take home.
Da Vila is a specialty coffee from Espírito Santo, Brazil, exclusive to Solace. Sourced from the Fim Family in Caxixe Quente, Castelo, this regional coffee is a pulped-natural process lot with mellow acidity, deep body and natural sweetness.
Our black coffees include Daybreak by Solace, our very own, alongside a rotating selection of exceptional single origin coffees from carefully selected guest roasters.
